Weird isn't it? We couldn't get a quote anywhere near as low as Saga gave us! Age? Postcode? Making it up as they go along???

We found Saga cheap the first year and expensive the second on cars, motorhomes and house insurance, we're with AIB for a couple of vehicles now and they seem to be pushing a new kid on the block in MarketStudy having previously used Aviva and LV.

Insurance seems to be cheaper if there are some named drivers on the policy. When I was getting quotes it was always cheaper if wife was also put on, even though she does not hold C1, so would effectively be driving as a provisional licence holder for C1!
