Well my awning got damaged in storm a wind out one on motorhome.
So enquired if I could claim for it.Informed would lose all no claims bonus and £200 excess.
As it was due for renewal sent me new agreement.
£1300.00
Meanwhile told them wouldn't be putting claim in.
Got my new agreement £337.00

unless you only had a few years NCB you shouldn't lose all of it , just 2 years, but they'd claw back whatever you claimed for anyway over the next few years

I'm surprised they would pay out in the first place I thought their view would be it should have been put away as soon as the wind started to pick up

It amazes me how some people have all the answers without the full facts but I don't suppose we can all be perfectly

Just buy yourselves a quest pop up, better than an awning. You can then get your awning sorted at leisure. A second hand one or repair.

That is why i dont have one and dont want one, plenty of bars around well there was before the virus appeared.
