Insurance and break down cover

Hi

New to this world and planning a trip to Europe on a longer term basis . Will be out on the road for up to a year . Can anyone advise me which companies to try to get insurance and break down cover please ? Do I do it all with the same company or 2 seperstes not sure how to go about it . With my old MH which I used for festivals etc the company only cover fir 2 months travel at a time .

We are also interested in travel insurance.
Just under 90 days, 2 of us, me with some medical conditions.
Would be grateful for your advice experience.
