Definitely worth getting a quote from LV, I found them significantly cheaper than other providers, and had a good experience with them a few years ago when my then 18 year old son pranged my wife's car ( not his fault) They also do not require an alarm, which was great for us as we have OSTT fitted and often run foul of the its not thatcham approved bit

I tried LV but because of my age and the fact that I keep the moho directly outside our garden (too big to go inside) they can't cover me

AiB again. First year £375, 2nd year £400, just renewed £450. Next nearest was just over £600. NFU wanted over £700. 🤷‍♂️

Having to say I’m parked on the road, but in fact I’m parked off the road, restricts the amount of companies I can use.

I’m actually parked OFF the road on the path (wide path) directly outside my house, but there is no facility on the questionnaire for that

I’m parked here…….

It’s my access to my house, no one else can use it, but this bit is owned by the council. Technically, it’s road as it’s outside my boundary, but as you say there is no allowance for this situation. At least I’m covered if I do have to park it on the road. 🤷‍♂️

Don’t be fooled by the photograph, the footpath behind our van is over 2 metres wide, which is more than most of the rest of the road.(y)

The red brick wall is our front wall, I park the moho there so that I can enter boot/garage and also plug it onto the mains, and do any work that’s required, it’s about 300 mm away from the wall and 500 mm away from the road
