Hi Guys after the wife ripped of the panel heater in the bedroom, (accidentally) I have been poking around at the now exposed back wall, where the wallpaper has come off, and it appears there is about 20mm of expanded polystyrene insulation between the inside and the fiberglass rear wall. Pretty crap really.

Now I have enough room to stick 25mm celotex to the entire wall, but what I want and can't find is a sheet with thin ply bonded to it, anybody know if this is available and where from?
