Inside motorhome

Hi
I am now a full time wheelchair user. Having been ambulatory for 10 years, usual story of deterioration!

I thought my m/home hols were over, then an idea........

Inside the van I transfer to the motorhome entrance step, then onto a low wheeled stool which I pull myself along on inside. The stool is great and I can still go away! My wife has gone from being stressed about going away with me to once again relaxed.

Glad to hear you’re still able to use your MH, we have a few wheelchair users on here if you require any tips.
Just smiffy (currently in Coventry) has travelled all over Europe and Morocco in his van and is a double amputee, I’m sure once he’s back he’d be willing to talk to you.

Show us the stool inside - others may be interested as there are a few Funsters in wheelchairs or can't walk without serious aids

Where there’s a will there’s a way, I usually spend more time on my arse then in my wheelchair, I don’t have many gadgets if any at all….. practice makes perfect and whatever works is good, never give up….
