We have a Chausson 630 with a garage at the back and wanted to store our 2 electric bikes in it. Could anyone suggest a suitable bike rack for the job or a way of securing them ? Thank you

very easy to self fit, the same as the fiamma garage bike rack. Assemble it and screw to the floor in the garage

 The idea of drilling holes in the van is something we have to think about but thank you for your response on this.

I have made a bike rack from 32mm solvent welded waste pipe, and secured it down with extra strong velcro. Lightweight, built to my bikes wheel size and no holes in the floor. Lots of videos on YouTube. I chose a design that works with a triangle to wheels. Two foldable ebikes with 20" wheels in garage with wheels in rack at one side and a bungee around the frames at the other. Works a treat.

The Thule was our first choice but it wasn’t available so we went for a Fiamma slide out unit. Works really well for us and slightly cheaper than the Thule but that wasn’t the criteria.

I have to say that these don't look very practical when you start to consider all the other stuff you have to put in the garage.
BBQ, Fold up table, Chairs, perhaps Aquaroll, Waste Hog, Bucket, Ramps, Spare Tyre/Wheel, Spares & Accessories, Loo Fluid and then perhaps an awning/safari room, bike helmets, pannier bags, stuff that won't fit inside the motor home etc.

I turn the handlebars through 90 degrees so that they run in line with the bike frame and use bungee cords to attach the bikes to the back wall fixings points. I put some padding between the two bike frames to stop them rubbing together in transit. Now there is still loads of room for all the other essentials!
