indators and wipers stoped working

I seem to have lost indicators and hazard warning light's on right hand side wind screen wipers have stopped working to but when I put on the hazard warning lights the motor is going on and off
I think the steering cluster has gone wrong but not positive

not a big problem its probably just a minor felt some where

An earth fault perhaps? If something like a light is coming on when it shouldn't or in this case a motor it might suggest a poor earth somewhere.

As DB said could be earthing. Have you the individual earths that all go back to a common bank under the bonnet on opposite side to battery ? I have had to clean all mine up after the wipers stopped last year.
