Poole to Cherbourg then first stop Aire Du Mont Saint Michel.

Looking for somewhere near Bordeaux to break up the drive to Parking de Bakio at San Juan de Gaztelugatxe.

See attached pic, anyone been there? Although lots of Aires/Sites around Bordeaux, some look a bit, well not for us lol.

Aire on the outskirts of Blaye at a wine château. Everything free including electrics. They are not pushy about selling. See if you can get on the lunch in their restaurant. Not cheap but 4 courses and as much wine as can drink. Got very good reviews on TripAdvisor. Unfortunately when we were there they were full with a coach party.

I think that is one of the names it uses. In campercontact it is called Château Marquis de Vauban and is number 53173. It is about 10 minutes walk into town.

Next step looks to be NW Spain. Anyone been to the Tower of Hercules? Looks ample parking, local services and a nice beach.
