Does anyone know what the rules are now and if there will be any duties?

Gov.uk states that their page is out of date.

Facts only please, not opinions.

Thanks

So based on reading around the web it looks like custom duties may be 10%. I can’t find anything oficial though

Not quite the same but last year I registered a previously US registered Motorcycle and a Luxembourg registered Motorhome. Both processes were very similar but the biggest problem IMHO was DVLA, who took their time with the Motorcycle but were an absolute nightmare with the Motorhome.

And if you read this thread from the start the answer is there!!! 0%
Really? Tarrifs are listed at 0% but it is not clear if Import/Customs Duties are 0%. My previous post with the extract from the gov.uk site suggests that import duties will be charged from EU in to GB but not in to NI. If I am wrong please point me to the relevant information.

There really is no need to be rude; I am asking a genuine question that is not clear. The extract below suggests 10% duties from the EU. If the tarrif prefernce cancels that then fine but it is not clear.

If that’s right you can import duty free from EU to NI. Would there be duty on anNI registered vehicle brought to UK?
