Motor homing since 1998.
Good morning all,
Looking for some advice from the knowledgeable please.
I am trying to fill out the DVLA form to import my Hymer & although I've phoned DVLA a few times I am still having a problem deciphering the emission figures on the letter of conformity.
It lists, in German, 2 sets of figures for CO, Nox, Hc etc. 1 list marked ESC/ELR & the other ETC. Any idea which is which ?
Also I can't find a CO2 figure on any paperwork that would suggest which road fund bracket it falls into.
Van is 2.8, I think euro3, Hymer/Ducato built 2005, registered 2007.
Any help & advice would be much appreciated before I pull out what remains of my hair.
Thanks.
Barrie

You don't fill in the emissions figures for a Motor Caravan unless you want to donate hundreds if pounds to the government for the next 5 years.:ROFLMAO:
Whatever you do do not fill them in it is not required.
Road fund bracket is done by weight upto 3500 kg PLG over 3500 PHG.

You don't send the C of C to DVLA only the IVA certificate which you will notice does not have emmissions on it.
Also have you done your NOVA notification and have a NOVA reference numer?

Hello,
Yes did NOVA first, a friend didn't & it cost !
I only have letter of conformity, No IVA, I looked into other forms to declare changes to lights & speedo but that's not required as it is now over 10 years old.Do I need IVA ? if so how do I get it ?
Thanks.

I've only imported new vans, where you get the IVA certificate via the VCA mutual recognition scheme, as far as I can see for over 10 years old under 3500kg it is exempt but over 3500kg you need an IVA certivicate which will require having the van inspected at a DVSA site I think they charge £200 have a look here.

Yes, thanks, I went Ooooo at the £200 but drew the conclusion that at over 10 years old it wasn't required.
Thanks
