T Mobile have a problem with their charges to access the net,
Last night I couldn't access and thought there was a technical problem, so I called them to find out, only to discover my account was empty, £36 had been used up in ONE DAY ..

I spoke to customer services who advised not to use for at least 24 hrs until the problem was resolved.. they reimbursed my money ..

Im on '3' at present ..

i should have gone for that option.....i use nowhere near my £15 per month but still got a year on my contract

Thanks for that Jim, it's certainly worth knowing.

You were lucky to get you money back. Some firms would have argued the toss.

Let's hope that it is very temporary.
