Spotted this recall code 6291 https://www.kfz-rueckrufe.de/rueckr...97HmhMS9lSK420xfAB6pLx0EzcwJuXrBf_H-BX4dgKYx8 - don't know if it only affects vans so van conversions or coachbuilt chassis too? Certainly worth a check if there is any chance. Translates as "RISK OF CRACKING THE FRONT STUB AXLES ON THE SHOCK ABSORBER MOUNTS"
Don't know much about recalls but sure some on here can advise where to find out more info.

Article translated:
German authorized workshops of the commercial vehicle brand Fiat Professional are currently checking the steering knuckles on the front axle of 3,926 Ducato models. According to a spokesman for FCA Germany AG, this takes about half an hour. If it is necessary to replace the parts, a working time of five hours is required.
“A non-compliant production at the supplier could lead to cracking of the front steering knuckle on the shock absorber mounts,” the spokesman justified the recall. In the worst case, unforeseen steering and driving characteristics increase the risk of accidents.
This applies to 11,741 vans worldwide from the production period April 1, 2019 to October 29, 2020. You will receive the promotion code “6291” in the service book after inspection and repair. There are currently no comparable reports from the authorities for the sister models of PSA, the Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer.
Addendum 2.12 .:
Since last week, the Federal Motor Transport Authority has reported the recalls “HDW” for 5,484 Citroën Jumper and “JYA” for 6,911 Peugeot Boxers worldwide. In Germany, there are 1,631 and 770 French vans built in 2019.
