As Funsters know, I spend half hour with Julio every day. As I was exercising, I THOUGHT about building in some pelvic floor exercises to the routine. Lo and behold, the next day this popped up in my FB feed .....

This is absolutely true - I was gobsmacked! I tried to deactivate the FB account, but that seemed impossible, so I haven’t been back on it since!

Oh, and by the way, my pelvic floor is coming along nicely thanks!

Apple have a new feature in it's OS to disable app's tracking you for targeted ads
You'll need iOS14.5 for that.

I'll leave that block off.
We're bombarded with ads, so, imo they (the apps like Facebook) may as well use info they've found relevant to me rather than show me perfume or American cars or tea, etc.

Geraldine - I discovered something about pelvic floor exercises and men that hacked me off even though I found out for a necessary reason - Pete was advised by the great and good to do them before he underwent his prostatectomy. The buggers know if they're doing them right because their willy has a corresponding gentle twitch upwards - whereas us girls receive no such visual clues! Damn cheek I call it. Insult to injury. Sedge stamps foot.

Defo don't think a female being was responsible for the design of our plumbing.

Apparently its all to do with cookies which we all allow on websites but they are a kind of tracker there was a guy on dragons den this week who has created an app to customise what cookies you allow I didn't really understand it try googling gener8

Make sure that you reject all the cookies that you can. Just a few seconds every time you log on to a site and many minutes of dealing with unsolicited advertising saved.

If you are using a VPN the ads tend to be in a foreign language like Danish which makes them easier to ignore.
