People are not replying to you the thread is the Ilfracombe summer rally, they are replying to scotjimland, just as you did, so not your thread, many who are coming came last year as well, they come for the social occasion.

Sorry to say you are very difficult to follow! You say you won't go, writing very negative post, then you say "OK bless you" and are added to the list and next thing you think all people on this thread answer to you and you then say you won't go! I would have a few comments to make about all this but TBH .... won't bother, it would upset Jim ( Just in case you didn't get this one : JIM The Boss), and indeed last thing I wish!

Ilfracombe Summer Rally

15-19th august at the Lazy Buzzard Campsite in glorious North Devon EX348NY.

For those who missed out last year, Roger will offer the 12Volt Seminar. Please note this is a Fun Rally, the seminar is just an activity locally available and not connected to Fun. (Though it is free to rally goers).

Cost of this event is £5 per night.

we went to combe martin and ilfracombe a few years ago it wasn't to our taste quite boring in fact.and very very hilly but if you go as a group of campers tou can make your own fun be more enjoyable I suppose.but always be weary tumbleweed.steve:thumb:

anyways.. I love both N Devon and Cornwall, spend many a happy holiday in that area .. know it very well.. so I won't be either weary ... or wary

Nothing wrong, we took 2 of our grandchildren to Malvern and had a great time, we wanted a change this year and Ilfracombe looked brilliant. However, we have 5 grandchildren and the others also require our attendance during this week, and 5 into 4 belted seats does not go.
