Ignore settings - please check them

I recently couldn't see a member's posts which I only realised by accident, I have no-one set on ignore so I hadn't done it thus I was intrigued to find out why as I hated to think I had upset them in some way, if they didn't want to see my posts I had no issue with that but suspected it wasn't intentional.

Via a lovely helpful funster I managed to establish that it was a mistake on the part of the other funster with 'fat finger trouble' so they removed the mistaken ignoring of me and we can now talk turkey again.:Grin:

Can I suggest that all members please check their ignore settings as mistakenly ignoring others must happen to others too. Obviously anyone who does have me on ignore won't see this but there's not a lot I can do about that to alert them - Jim is it possible to do a general message to ask funsters to check their settings?
 
Just checked mine and I had five people on ignore. Can’t remember ever setting anyone on ignore
 
But my question is...how do I check? 🤣🤣

Ignore me....I just found it 🤪🤣

As the “guilty” party in Minxy post above I will first apologise publicly to her. There was never any intention to ignore her or the other party that I also appeared to be ignoring.

As I knew that I had never knowingly ignored anyone I hadn’t bothered to check, so I echo her advice to all.

It must appear rude/concerning to anyone who finds themselves “ignored” for no apparent reason. It is well worth the few seconds it takes to check. I didn’t realise that all you have to do is click on your user name on the blue banner, top right, and you can see.
 
Just checked and do funsters know “any member” as I am now not ignoring them :tmi:
 
I know a few Funsters have me on ignore either by accident or they wish to have me on ignore.
I may well have upset a few Funsters, but I think some may have confused me with other Funsters that have a forum name similar to mine. :unsure:

Thank you Minxy ,iv just looked and have four on my ignore list. And I have never ignored anyone, it just shows it’s easily done. 🙄

I checked my Ignore List and nobody was on it however I've just spent the morning going through and ignoring everybody. I also ticked "Enabled 2-way ignore" so you wont see any of my posts as well.:whew:

Thought this would be a very thoughtful action given the drivel I'm always posting!(y)

I also found people in my ignore list. Although I've been tempted on a few times, ive never ignored people. Can't be bothered.
 
Just checked and I had 2 Funsters that I am supposed to be ignoring, but I didn’t do it, has Jim got some weird and wonderful AI set up on the site that knows who we may not like ? 🥴
