My miserable sister-in-law is moaning about it already! She left Pilton when she was 18 but bought a cottage there a few years ago again. Most of Nick’s Birthday card yesterday was filled with her complaints about Michael Eavis and newcomers. She hasn’t lived there for 45 years and only visits her cottage once in a blue moon, oh the irony! Nick is looking forward to telling her how much we are looking forward to staying at the campsite this summer when he sends her a birthday card next month!

The Show is 9th-13th September. The 'Follow On' @Ashcombe Farm is 13th-17th September.

You have funsters whinging at a tenner a night for a CL. The cheapest pre-erected tents (take your own bedding and furnishings) - 2 person 3 nights £195. And you'll pay another fiver a night to park your car. You can't take your own tent, caravan, motorhome, you have to use theirs.
