We started to take or home Humax PVR and satellite receiver away with us to use as a PVR for when TV might not be available ( I only use a portable 40cm dish- I like challenges!).
When we got back to home it started to refuse to change channels whist recording.
Eventually i realized that only one of the two tuners were working and thought it might be due to a wiring tidy up that I had behind the TV. Lesson to be re-learnt to check all is working before making changes!
Nothing wrong there as it turned out.
Rang Humax Technical who immediately agreed with me that the lack of a second LNB input had shut down that tuner. Said that a factory reset would waken it up again so I did that and Bingo all is now working
