50 years of boating, just one on motorhomes.
I am on a roll today with questions :)

Can anyone identify this controller and tell me if the red light is good news or bad news. It only had a green light yesterday

New to me (ten year old) Bavaria T71LP motorhome with very few instructions and no help whatsoever from the manufacturer who say they have no manuals for old campers and I need to go back to the dealer I bought it from, as in the original supplier and I have no idea who that is apart from 'somewhere in France'!

Many thanks

Looks like solar working and power is off for habitation 🤔
And your batteries are not showing being charged so assume they are full🤔
No idea of make of control box though🤔

Probably worth taking it off the panel to see if there is a manufacturers name on it anywhere?😊

Perfect. Clearly a real quality unit here then

I will ignore the light

Many thanks everyone.

I say again, I love this forum (y)

To me it looks like the red light is showing the 'Load' terminals switched on. There's nothing connected to the Load terminals, and for motorhomes they are never used. So ignore the red light.

The load terminal is used in different applications, like street lighting, road signs, advertising signs etc. In a motorhome all the solar goes to the leisure battery, and the habitation circuits work off the leisure battery.
