Having returned home from the shrewsbury rally, great time by the way and thanks to every one there, I find with the warm weather I have a glut of mint in the garden. ( I only grow herbs )

So I am looking for suggestion for refreshing summer drinks I can use it in.

I have the obvious ones like Pims and Mint Julep, there must be lots more.

So lets have them folks.

Mint ice cubes, this time of year, also in salads. Goes with meat well, also. You can use in tea, and I do recall seeing one recipe where it went in a cake once. Mix with other fruits in water for a summer drink. By the time you have finished, you'll be sick of it!:ROFLMAO:
