Sorry to say do you not have a handbook with a 2022 van ?

Is it possible that it is an electronically controlled valve operated from the control panel? We just have 2 manual valves side by side, grey and fresh but not a Globescout.

I looked online for you but I can’t find any reference to a Globecar or Globescout Professional. To drain the fresh water out of the Globecar Campscout Elegance it’s under the bed on drivers’ side - access internally - there’s a pop out wood panel.

We don't have a Globecar either, but the drain tap is a little plastic wheel under the foot of the rear bed on the passenger side and at the top of the fresh water tank.

Ours sounds much like jezport s arrangement.

Ok so I have opened the boiler drainage valve and left it open, turned on the taps and left them on, turned the 12v on for 10 seconds x3 and a lot of water still came out! Have been around the block up hill and down and left a snail trail! Have searched the underneath of the van and have found no other valves other than the grey waste! I now have a headache and as it’s -3 tonight, tomorrow will tell a story I guess. Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated!

Find your water tank and you should see a whelk on it, turn one way to empty and another to empty to 25%.
You tank should be in the back if the same as other globe cars.

Might be a good idea to get hold of a manual for future use, especially on a van that new.
I certainly would as there will be quite a lot of technical stuff I would imagine.

We have a globe car Summit Prime. Our freshwater tank is at the back of the van, under the bed. Access by moving mattress & lifting slats. There is a wooden panel to lift. Instructions are on the panel. Turn the small knob so far & it will empty until 25%, turn a bit more and it will empty completely. You will see the extra water drain from underneath. Was warned to not keep turning or the thing will come apart in the tank.

As said earlier, my Globe has a drain wheel on top of the water tank, inside the back of the van ... but you can drain via the boiler just as well.

I have exactly the same van as you have
open the rear doors, lift the bed slats on the right as you look at it , there is a wooden hatch with a finger hole, open it
there is a black wheel , turn it a couple of times it will dump all the water out of the freshwater tank
open all the taps and shower trigger and leave them open at the half mix Point
open the blue water dump valve in the hatch under the bench seat, turning the top toggle
pull the brown fuse under the passenger seat marked pump(e) to stop the pump running
make sure water dropped from the boiler by watching from the outside
