Technically our heating is never off, house and Motorhome, thermostat decides if cold enough to offer heat ??

The house is the same as DavidG58 in that the thermastat is set and heating will come on if it gets colder. Hasn't come on today so still OK.

18c I'd never get away with setting it at 18c.

Ours comes on twice a day, every day.

I might get a new fangled WiFi thermostat, that'll confuse her when I turn it down without going near it.

Well as I’m near derby at the moment I think there is a great chance of snowflakes coming down.....?
I know I’m a soft southerner but I wear t-shirt and shorts all year in Cornwall...
We've been walking alongside the river in Bakewell with a couple of the grandkids today intent on feeding the ducks and geese.
All we saw were a few Penguins and ice bergs floating by.
But great chips from the chippy .......
