Just come back from C&CC Scarborough, we went out to the theatre, couldn't believe the number of vans parked up, manymnot at the permitted area, some sticking out into the road, some taking up 4/5 parking spaces, now if most were gone in the morning no issue, but quite a few were there for several days. On the Wednesday saw police having a word with those parked furthest away from the area where the toilet disposal is. Hope this stops those dumping willy nilly, might be tempted to stay for 1 night myself.

Looked of Google maps and streetview. Not a lot of room for motorhome spaces if over 6 metres, unless it has been changed. Loads of car parking though. Happy to be corrected on the MH parking…….

Parking information on council website still says no over night stays the toilet information says nothing either.
A quick search for any press reports has come up with nothing too.
Something just don't look right in the photo to me until it's been confirmed I wont be heading that way any time soon.

Nope ....far too far north.
If it is there it's near the skateboard park just around the headland.

We couldn’t fit anywhere without sticking out in our 6.7m.

This was only a few weeks ago.

We went elsewhere unfortunately.

It looks like it’s between the Watermark cafe and motorcycle parking

Sorry Speve. I know absolutely nothing about the subject at all.
Have you possibly mistaken us for another pair of Funsters?

Whatever can be done to encourage Aire type facilities her in the UK, has to be a bonus in our book.........but participation by others willing to pay a reasonable fee, is paramount to any scheme being successful, rather than some doing their best as FLTs.
