They first told me about Air Fryers here on Fun.

Being plonker I got one with American voltage but now have got a "proper" one.

Rated 900 watts and my little Honda runs it smoothly and without trouble.

Fabulous bit of kit.

I don't know what JJ will cook in his... but I cook loads in mine .
Anything that can be deep fried, pretty much anything that can be shallow fried or grilled plus a fair amount that is baked!

Perversely, perhaps, wet-battered food (such as the infamous deep-fried mars bar) can't really be cooked in an air fryer.

Doh, I would have thought that was obvious, first grab a dollop of air, weigh it, put it in the air fryer and cook it, Simples

Am more than a little concerned at what culinary delights he is going to tempt his jaded appetite with, just maybe the home made sausages from the sausage machine with a side salad of dashboard grown lettuce .
