You'd be better off just wetting the dog so the water can evaporate freely

Maybe but he would be dry again within minutes in this heat. At least the towel is keeping him wet for a bit longer

He is such a wuss - he won’t go anywhere near the little fan that I put in the van

One thing that they should note is as hot as it gets in the mid summer, it’s as cold in the van in mid winter and a 6 kg bottle of gas don’t last long. It’s not much better than a tent.

We had some covers made that fit on the outside of the habitation windows, I just wish we'd had some made for the roof vents as well

You can make them easily out of silver bubble wrap
