We have an Exsis with rooflights that wind up in the horizontal plane, is there a way of easily removing one for access to clean the roof please?

Prize off the star lock washers on the 4 pins, make sure you replace them with new washers.

Much easier to use a ladder to get on the roof. It needs to be about 50cm longer than the roof height for safety

Just noticed after you post he said "for access", you have to get on the roof to take the washers off.
