If the mirrors are heated leave them on for a hour or so. If not heat the glass with hairdrier until it is uncomfortable to touch then wiggle & pull on it until it starts to come free of the adhesive. Once it's off it's obvious what to do next. If you keep the adhesive surfaces clean you can replace it using the same adhesive - place it carefully in position, heat as before, then allow it to cool.
This advice is based on other motorised mirrors I have repaired - I haven't done a Hymer mirror.
Are you certain the fault is with the motors? Mine are a different pattern but the fixing system appears to be similar. One stopped working a couple of years ago and the problem was a dirty connector where the cable plugged into the mounting on the Hymer body. A few squirts of contact cleaner and a bit of wiggling / plugging in and out a few times sorted out the problem.
