Good evening,
My 2006 584 needs new headlamp lenses as the reflectors have gone.
Could anyone tell me please if the lens complete with adjusters just pops out of the ball sockets or do I need to remove the whole lamp & bracket.
Thanks.

Might be worth using the 'Search' facility? Top right.

Am I right in thinking that this is the standard Hella 90mm round units?

Your biggest issue may well be access, when I changed these lights on our Flair it was easy to get in to remove the mounting plate and light unit.

Mine came with new adjuster screws and the little plastic sockets that takes it all to the steel plate, if you just pop out the old one and if they break it doesn't really matter as you have spares then just use the same screws in the same position and not resetting required.

These plastic bits will turn 1/6th of a turn to release with a pair of pliers,

The three plastic sockets marked are the ones you need to prise or cut out and use your new ones, then just re-assemble into the new light making sure the screws go back in the same position and the setting will be OK.

Thanks both & yes Martin access looks to be tight. I was thinking I might have to drop the wheel arch liners & take the whole unit out through there but wanted to avoid that if possible. Your photos are handy & give me an idea of what I can't see.
Thanks.
Barrie.
