2013 hymer b694, rear garage with bed over.
Garage floor has soft spot, from previous threads often caused by no mudflaps.

In our case it seems to be caused from inside the garage, the area under the garage door frame, hinge side has gone soft.
The floor is 30mm ply with a vinyl covering. Any damp is prevented from drying out once it has got under the vinyl.
Having cut out an area approx 90 by 50 mm from underneath leaving the vinyl intact am back to firm wood, the middle of this was very wet and rotten.
Not sure if caused by condensation on the alloy door frame? I dont think the door leaks.
With the alloy trim along bottom edge of the door frame the edge of the vinyl is mostly covered, removing this and peeling back the vinyl exposed the damp floor, problem area being by hinge end upright.
Have yet to explore fully the other side but externally there is a similar soft area.

If you have similar construction maybe worth checking.
