Hymer Exsis-i 572 LHD

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I'm looking at buying a 2009 Hymer Exsis-i 572 from a garage near Preston and I see that the windscreen seal isn't great (see pic). It got me worried about if I'd be able to source a replacement windscreen one day. What are peoples experience with this?

It's probably a stuck on windscreen rather than one which has a seal. My 2015 Hymer has that system and it doesn't leak if it is fitted properly. The mastic that they use to glue on the screen acts as the seal.
