Getting there!
I've lost one of these. Does anyone know if they are a Hymer specific part or if they possible to source elsewhere without the Hymer Value Added Tax?

Have you had a look on the Brownhills website under the Hymer parts, hopefully not too expensive.

Have just asked them for a price, thanks.

£25 is the price as you have to buy a whole new catch. I only need the small grey plastic bit. Think I'll make one out of some scrap plastic!

Al Bondigas
Is that the one with a push button on the outside?

I can’t remember the particular post, but there’s a fella on here with a 3D printer, perhaps get in touch with him ?

No .. the catch is sort of at the base of the door - a particularly flimsy method of securing a cupboard closed in a moving vehicle. Sudden braking could easily pop the doors open.

I might add some magnetic catches all round for a bit of backup security.

Hi Al Bondigas
Do you want to send me a few more pictures from different angles in a PM and I will see what I can make for you.

The van is over at storage at the moment - I'll bring one of the catches home later this week and send you the spec ! Many thanks

No Problem.
Off to Portugal at the beginning of December, so don’t leave it too late. Lots of piccys please so I know where I can beef things up and where I can’t.

Stay Safe PaulandChrissy
