had some new decals done for the Hymer today, tried buying them from Hymer but the price went into thousands. So I got a local place to do the graphics and then print off some new ones. Paid to have them fitted as they come in one colour to give you the pattern then you replace each part with the other colours. Really happy with results. Now if I need more only need to pay for printing , as I own the graphics.

I have just made enquiries about the cost of replacing some of the decals on my Hymer, and as you state, can work out expensive from the manufacturer.
As just a couple of mine need replacing due to past 'battle damage', I am interested to know if your new decals are exact copies/colours of the original Hymer ones?

A dealer told me last week that there had been a recall on Hymers with large areas of dark decals (like mine!) because in hot weather they heated the side panels excessively, leading to deformation of the the panels around the windows :-(

Not sure they are exact colours as ours had the sun on them and what was left was not good so we picked colours that looked similar and was the latest colour charts for colours. I think the light blue is different but made the decals look really good. We left just the hymermobil sign on the front side of van , and the others look good with it. We are more than happy , the van looks great to us. But you can have a complete set for £350. Not bad to give the van a face lift , Hymer quoted that just for the front decals.

Hi, we paid more as we had to have the graphics made ,but now they can’t use the graphics with out our consent , apparently. But they would sell us extra copies. It’s in Lowestoft , Suffolk. Not sure what it’s called but we also paid to have them fitted, as we didn’t want to do it ourselves.but can send them out by post for you to do them yourself.

Hi there, I realise this thread is a year old, but I also could do with some new decals, I have the same graphics as you Bubblealready send you a message (I think I did, dont know for sure, posted something somewhere) could you send me a reply? Thank you!!

A lot of the basic Hymer and other manufacturers logo vinyl graphics can be found on ebay for relatively cheap money. They do a lot to clean up the look of an older van. Peeling faded graphics make a van look neglected and or well used. Can add a considerable sum to the price you can get

I checked on eBay, but they don't offer the total side decals, only the Hymer name decals. ( Or I searched wrong) thnx for replying!

Depends on their Terms and Conditions when you had them made.
I used to print T shirts and the customer normally owned the artwork.
In this case , I would assume that Hymer actually own the copyright to the graphics, tricky one.
