Has anyone experience of replacing the bulb on the light by the overhead bed ?View attachment 629717

Are you asking how the defuser comes off ?

Yes please..and that's what I intend to do.

The end caps are gently pulled outwards allowing the diffuser to be eased out. You can get a replacement tube at almost any electrical shop for a couple of pounds. It hardly uses any more power than an led and you don’t have to change anything.
