thinking about having Vb comfort coil springs fitted along with the vb fsd front struts anyone had this done? & is there a big difference in handling etc mine looks really low at the front & thinking that while the front suspension is striped out to do the struts & top mounts at the same time, any feedback appreciated, martin.

Had new struts springs and top mounts changed a couple of years ago. Helped handling very noticeably, particularly stability when being overtaken by trucks at speed. Cost about £1000 in total but worth it I think.

Seem a big step down from the front door though!

Was that with the VB struts & springs? If so how much did it raise the front end?

andyman, thank you for that info, they look a lot more affordable than vb ones, will look into that as can buy a pair of those springs for £69.00, I think I would replace the struts & top mounts at the same time.

We had the front springs on our previous motorhome upgraded by Mick at SAP. The improvement after was noticeable. Excellent job at fair price.

Thank you, I spoke with SAP a couple of days ago & they are happy to do it for me at a reasonable price, the only problem is that they are in South Yorkshire & I am down on the Dorset coast.
