Hi,
Can anybody offer any advice on the hymer B644, We are looking at replacing our B544, We are in the process of viewing a 1995 model with 102000 miles on the clock but in good condition, It has had a new cambelt 8000 miles ago and is mechanically sound. What kind of mileage can we expect to achieve from the 2.5 turbo diesel engine? And is there anything else we should be looking for. Any advice would be a great help.

B644

We have owned a B644 and used it without problems in Europe and it is a good choice.
Ours is now for sale and you can see the details here

re b644

hi harpo7 I have a b644 which I have owned for around 5 years which also has a fiat 2.5 td engine and driveing on a steady 55 to 60 miles per hour I get around 28mpg put your foot down an it drops a far bit. Like you we like the layout and spend a couple of months each sept/ oct around France or england, and find it very cosy on chilly nights and we find it no hardship spending this amount of time in it. the only drawback is that it does not have an oven ,but we do not find it a problem. we will be at the Stratford show if you are the you are more than welcome to have a look around. Regards joy and nick
