Hymer B544 Year 2004 (1 Viewer)

I have a Hymer B544. Year 2004 and can not get the reversing lights to work the fuses are all Ok the bulbs are Ok have run live feed to lights and they work so I suspect it is the reversing light switch but am unable to locate it does anybody know where this is on this model. Many thanks. Tony

Forget the Hymer bit ,what is the base chassis ?
If ducato as is mine ,switch is located on top of the gear box n/s ,may be wires dislodge as if/when gearbox oil is renewed ,it is recommended that it is filled via switch aperture

Many thanks you say there is a switch aperture I have a plate below the gear lever on floor but when you remove it it is just the floor is this the one you meen. Tony

the reversing light switch being referred to is accessed via the engine bay .it is actually fitted directly into the gearbox ,which is on the right as you look in .
