I have an omnistor awning and was hoping to buy an awning tent.

2 questions:-

1) how practical are these tents (touring Ireland this year - 2 week trip) do you think i would use it?
I really want it because of the wet clothes / wet dog situation

2) how do you identify what type of awening you have? I have recently bought the hymer (first reg 1991) the awning has a serial number of 88231 in the leg when extended.

There are always many many used only once awnings for sale does that answer your question
Most folk find them a bind to erect for only one or two day stays if your stopping longer they do have there uses
is there a number on the face of the awning IE Orminster 45i etc or similar if not you need to measure the length in Mtrs
