Can anyone help i need to find a bonnet release cable which are obsolete from Fiat, so if anyone knows where i might get one it would be very much appreciated, thanks again in advance. By the way the fiat part no is 1338862080.

Anything over 14 years old is obsolete from Fiat although every part number is on the system? Have you tried after market specialists? Is it a standard chassis cab cable or something different? There are cable manufacturers & I'm sure someone will be along with the info as it was posted on another thread the other day I think?

Check Coastal Motorhomes website first, but they are also very helpfull on the phone.

ANY bicycle shop will have all you need to put a new inner in the cable and nipples to fit each end

I don't what your cable looks like but if it's an inner wire and an outer conduit or even just an inner wire a motorcycle cable maker would be able to make one from yours as a pattern, even using the old end fittings if necessary. Obv they won't know the Fiat one.
Here are a couple that I use

Venhill make all sorts of special motorbike cables for me and my biker chums.

You say you have an A-class Hymer. Consequently, I doubt the cable will be a Fiat part.

Suggest you contact Darren Leadbetter on 01636 704201 and ask for Hymer Parts. He runs the Brownhills ebay site and is very knowledgeable on all things Hymer. He should be able to advise whether the part is Hymer or Fiat.

If you can get you old cable off, then give Speedy Cables a ring as they can make one to suit for you.
