I am based in south essex, can anyone help with a garage that can replace the cambelt and give an idea of cost if possible.

Sorry I can't but I can bump your post, assuming it is still allowed. 
You'll be looking at anything between £400-£650. You'll get a lot of other places quoting more but shop around.

I got my A class Dethleffs cambelt down at AVT in Earls Colne. These were recommended by Pullingers, who are a Dethleffs dealer.
Nice bunch I had other stuff done, but cambelt was about £500. They also do MOT's. it's about 45 mins from you.
