Hymer A class 2005 wing mirrors (1 Viewer)

The wing mirror arms on our Hymer B525 are very firm and I suspect wouldn't give if they met a wing mirror going the other way. Is it possible to loosen them a bit? Does the vertical bolt through the arm do this?

Thanks @airwave -I have applied some penetrating oil and will see if I can loosen them later today.

Thanks @airwave - they both move now having loosened the little allen key grub srews (?) one each side.Not sure of the role of the big vertical bolts-I didn't loosen them at all in the end. The previous owner included 2 other mirrors that I think are Merc commercial ones (2 mirrors one above the other) -haven't yet decided which will give me a better view. I had no idea they are so expensive!
