HELP!!

This may sound like a daft question ( but I major in those!!)

I have a 1991 Hymer B544 with the Eectrolux RM275 fridge.
Daft question.................on 240v is it on it's highest setting with knob full clockwise or anti clockwise? It's always been in the middle but isn't working now, wondered if I can kick it into action by turning it on full (hence my problem).

In my defence the numbers have worn off and it doesn't say in the original manual.

not a daft question at all....just one overlooked for a while.
usually the control on any appliance, gas or electric, will turn clockwise to increase or if its a slide control then it will slide to then right to increase

if it aint working now then turning it up full wont work either.

it sounds as if the thermostat has failed on 230v.

does it work ok on gas ?

Fridge now mended

Fridge now mended, it was a heater rod. Cost of rod and fitting £65. Throughly recommend FM Caravans in Hull.

It is pretty impressive, one phone call, spares in stock and a 19 year old fridge is as good as new again:thumb:
