Hymer 2000 A Class Bumper removal? (1 Viewer)

Hi,


We have some rust issues under the cross member supporting the Radiator and Intercooler of our Fiat motorhome.

Looks like we have to remove the front bumper.

Any tips or suggestions please?

There are four bolts across the front under the bumper, two vertical self-tappers at the top either side of the Hymer grill (accessible from under the ‘bonnet’) and possibly one vertical self-tapper either side up under the wheel arch.

Also, don’t forget to remove the self-tappers that join the grey wheel arches to the bumper (behind the grey trim strip).

Only the front 4 or so need to be removed to remove the bumper.

Top tip: it helps to heat up the wheel arch trim with a hairdryer to make it more flexible. Good luck
