I just got one from eBay with 2 sockets - £6.99 and arrived next day

You can get double and triple adapters for next to nothing on ebay. When using my laptop in the motorhome I often run the laptop, MIFI and a fan all off the same socket.

Keep on running into the bloody things now, I swear I've never seen em before in my life, now, The Range yesterday ----bang in my face, today go to pay for fuel-----bang loads of em in my face, adapter this, socket that, spent about thirty quid on the bloody things and probly never use them

You will use them, if like us, you have a 12v socket in the bathroom that is useable even when the engine is switched off - that one needs the adaptor. Hope all is going well with your Hymer and look forward to meeting up soon.

Hymer is good thanks, I love it, clean as a new pin now, converted most of the lights to LED and Solar Panel on this weekend if the weather stays good

When at all possible its better to change the plugs to Hella plugs instead of using the adapter. For instance, my 12 volt compressor now has a Hella plug instead of the cigarette plug it came with. Also the macerator. I find that the adapters generally have thin wire and they get hot. Hella plugs and sockets will take a much higher amperage than normal cigarette plugs.
