Sorry to add onto my previous post on this issue but this seems to be affecting a lot of us and not just Hungary .Went to Hungary in May-bought a Vignette which consisted of one printed paper with payment details on and reg no nothing else was given.The EPC/plc (2 fines issued) are saying I should have a "receipt" as well and if not contact where I bought it from and get one.As it was over 5 months ago I have no idea how to get it.As far as I am concerned the printed Vignette I have should be enough of proof I paid.I feel I am being "bullied " into paying a fine I don't owe.I have just sent them a E-mail and a recorded delivery stating this and copy of V5/Vignette paper and cant think of anything else to do --I certainly don't want to pay fine I don't owe and dont look forward to the stress of going to court in the end. Has anyone else had a Vignette for Hungary with other receipts etc?
