just activated mi fi , can anyone help ?the display showing usage / gb left on data card has changed ? , new, three card put in 12 gb for year but the available datajust says 100mb ? On my last card it would show 12 gb ‘ then a clock’ would show on display showing how much used and what data is left ? Any ideas why clock face changed ?

Yes, I think mine is the same. There's a Huawei (free) app you can put on your phone to help keep track of usage also.

The data counter on the front of the E5577 is just like the trip computer in your car - it doesn't know when you've refuelled.

You can manage the data counter on an E5577 by downloading the free Huawei HiLink app onto a smart device and connecting to the MiFi. By tapping on the dial where data counter is, you can set a data plan.

If the 'available data' shows 100MB, this is the default value for the data cap when the device will 'stop' you. It might be best to remove the battery cover and with the device turned on, press and hold the reset button until the Huawei logo is shown and start again from here.

If you do this, don't forget to turn on roaming again if you are heading abroad.

After rebooting the app and reset midi I still have this on clock face , earlier today I insert a 12gb card , as I said last sept ? That clock would show 12 gb with the amount used in grey so you know where you are with usage . So with this card in 12gb would I be disconnected once I used 100 mb ?
