First question is "winter where" And for how long. We learned many years ago that there is a world of difference between a long weekend in winter in Scotland, and 3 months off hook in the French ski areas. But you'll get lots of help on here.
The easiest clue is to see where your fresh and waste water tanks are located. If they are outside and not in a snug double floor, then you might struggle in really cold conditions. If they are inside, that is good, but doesn't mean you are winterised, you will need some form of heating in or near the tanks too. But it does depend on what you want to do and where. You'll survive the odd night at minus 0 in any van, winterised or not, but take it to a high ski resort for three weeks mid winter and it does need to be winterised to function well.
