How to replace Gas struts on Adria Matrix 590 cira 2016

Since buying this MH in 2019, I have had many issues. The worst when the Drop bed struts motors BROKE whilst we were asleep. I had both motors replaced, as the experinence was terrifying. Since then 1 of the new motors broke in the same place.
I have now identified a heavy Gas strut each end, talking to SGS, I am advised that there is a high probability of loss of power in the original struts, trying to change either strut poses a real accessability issue. I have changed other struts in the past, but I cannot see how to access these.
Anyone had any experience with this model? PLEASE
