Being a computer numptie,I don’t know how to reply to a post and bring it to the attention of another poster. I think it has to turn blue and then they get a special type of alert??

Type an @ followed by the user name. You should get a pop-up showing possble completions based on what you’ve typed so far @Podney

You could of course try swearing at it, that often turns things blue.

My hubby has the nick-name of 'blue boy' from when he was a toddler and deciding on painting stuff other than on his paper ... I'll leave the rest to your imagination!

If that worked,every computer and phone that I ever owned would be blue......along with many car drivers,politicians,children,referees.....you get the picture.
