Feather duster ,very gently? I use a feather duster to keep the dust off the dashboard and indicator stalks etc when we're off grid, so an 'en passant' flick with the feather duster is quite easy ...
I tired wouldn't work. As I usually kept window slightly open it's all on the top edge I think humidity and dust settle down together and then dried off.
I managed to slightly clean the Remis blinds on our Hymer, they are horizontal ones and this was the kitchen one that over the years had got quite bad, oil etc splashes.
I used a nail brush and soapy water with an extra spray of kitchen cleaner-NO BLEACH-on the real stubborn bits. You have to hold the bit of blind you’re cleaning and be gentle and don’t get it too wet altho they do seem to dry out ok.
Try a little White Vinegar on a bit you may be surprised, vinegar is a great cleaner and deodoriser and the smell does go off. I’ve used it on stain on our carpet and it’s worked well.
