We recently returned from Europe, Return journey on the shuttle , across france, down the med coast of spain, and into Portugal then took a similar route back home, 86 Days total. We spent £5200.00, is that good or bad?. P.S that's not counting 400 euros on a new diesel filter (Ducato) and 600 euros on two new leisure batteries!.

Batteries ..£70 to £150 each...again 15 minutes to fit..

Is that for food and drink as well as travel costs?

It sounds a lot just for fuel and ferry

Difficult to answer as everyone has their own living standards and financial circumstances.
Only you know if you had a good time for the cost, or wish you had been more or less frugal or extravagant, or whether you find around £60 a day unaffordable.
